Dina Aversano DiBlasi
Attorney
Dina Aversano DiBlasi founded Aversano DiBlasi Law, P.C. with a simple but powerful goal: to provide individuals, families, and small business owners with trusted, dependable legal counsel they can rely on regularly and repeatedly. Having grown up locally, Dina built up her practice as a hometown lawyer, who is deeply committed to serving her community with integrity, responsiveness, and practical guidance.
Dina represents clients in a wide range of matters, including real estate transactions and disputes, wills and estate planning, and Surrogate’s Court proceedings, contract disputes, and other civil litigation matters. She understands that for most clients, legal issues are personal—they involve homes, businesses, family members, and livelihoods. Her approach is to listen carefully, explain options clearly, and develop thoughtful strategies that protect what matters most.
Before founding her firm, Dina gained extensive litigation experience representing individuals, businesses, property owners, insurers, and municipalities in complex civil matters, and continues to do so today, serving in an of counsel capacity to larger litigation firms. That background allows her to anticipate challenges, manage risk effectively, and advocate confidently both inside and outside the courtroom.
Today, Dina focuses on building lasting relationships within the community she serves. Whether helping a homeowner navigate the purchase or sale of a residence, guiding clients through the estate planning process, or assisting a local business in resolving a dispute, she is committed to being accessible, practical, and solutions-oriented.
Dina was recognized as a Rising Star in the New York Metro Area for four consecutive years beginning in 2015. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Boston College. She remains an active alumnus of both schools and enjoys mentoring law school students and newly admitted attorneys within the practice. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
